Nutritionists recommend eating five to nine servings of fruits and veggies every day. For many, that’s a goal rather than a daily dietary habit. The vitamins and minerals in these healthy foods boost energy and productivity levels.

Encourage employees in your office to eat more fruits and vegetables with these helpful tips. With the help of nutrition-related promotional items, eating right doesn’t have to be a chore.


Eat the rainbow

Use your Roy G. Biv knowledge to create a colorful display of fruits in your lobby or breakroom for all to enjoy. To complete your rainbow, use strawberries, clementines, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries and blackberries. To motivate team members, create rainbow checklists where they can cross off the colors as they eat them.
