Latest issue of amplify® highlights survey results on teamwork and training
(OSHKOSH, Wis.)—The winter 2018 issue of amplify® is filled with ideas that will help bring your company together. An original survey on teams in the workplace shows nearly 100 percent of employees work in teams but only 41 percent of large employers and 21 percent of mid-size employers train staff on teamwork skills.
The study – conducted in-person and online – also finds 55 percent of employers provide technological tools to facilitate team work. To bring teams together, 57.8 percent of respondents say they use logo’d apparel most often to build a sense of camaraderie among teams.
“Our customers had some terrific ideas for helping their teams run more smoothly – ideas that could apply in any organization,” said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO, 4imprint. “It’s always amazing to see the big impact that small changes can have in creating a strong sense of teamwork.”
In addition to the cover story on team building, in this issue you will:
- See how Doncrest Public School children are flipping cards, rolling dice and learning math concepts from addition to statistics using personalized games.
- Read all about how in a world of screens, technology giveaways can draw eyeballs toward your brand.
- Discover how No-Shave November uses their social media, an online leaderboard and unique promotional pens to fight cancer, by asking men and women to give up shaving and salon visits for a month.
