Employees can have a more meaningful work experience, no matter what occupation they hold, if there are positive lessons to learn. Jenn is no exception. She said the most valuable lesson she’s learned while working here is the importance of taking time with our clients. “I have never worked for a company like 4imprint. Our number one goal is to make the client happy with excellent customer service. In order to do this, I needed to relearn customer service since I’ve previously worked for companies that push employees to help as many customers as you can,” Jenn said.  I love that I get to chat with the client in a no-pressure way.

Jenn joined the 4imprint team in 2014, and has been assisting customers across the country with their orders ever since. Out of all the products Jenn has seen in her years here, two have become her favorites: The Javelin Pen (#6551) is her go-to note taker. She said it’s the only pen she uses thanks not only to the way it writes, but also how comfortable it feels in her hand. Her second favorite is the versatile Fandana (#123746) because it helps keep her hair under control and provides a protective layer against ticks when she’s working outside.

It’s not just the great products she gets to try that Jenn enjoys about her job with 4imprint. Customer service week—Jenn’s favorite week at work—is an entertaining way to create a sense of team unity. “It really helps to bring us together as a team. I love that everyone, even upper management, gets involved,” said Jenn.

Here are three things Jenn said make her job worthwhile:

  • An upbeat, positive atmosphere. “No job is perfect all of the time, but to work for a company that allows you time and space to be your own person is great!  Most everyone is friendly and I look forward to coming to work,” Jenn said.
  • Paid time-off to make a difference. Jenn was shocked to learn 4imprint employees get 8 paid hours of time every year to use for volunteering. She said, “I love to donate my time to working with animal shelters and am really involved with wildlife conservation/land quality. What a great benefit to give your employees and the community that you live in!”
  • Self-improvement opportunities. Jenn feels that 4imprint makes it a priority to offer all employees every chance to better themselves and their workday. She explained, “We are offered access to exercise classes, extra training, an on-site registered nurse practitioner, catered meals, car maintenance pickup/drop off, donation/blood drives and so much more. Where else can you go shopping on a break or get financial help for college while you work?”
