4imprint® Awards Nearly 275 Organizations Nonprofit Promotional Items
(OSHKOSH, Wis.) –Nearly 275 nonprofit groups—with goals ranging from community education to fundraising, awareness building and volunteer appreciation—have been awarded nonprofit promotional items grants by 4imprint. The promotional products retailer awarded the grants during the second quarter of 2019 through its one by one® charitable program.
The awards are the latest from the promotional products retailer’s one by one charitable program, which awards three $500 in-kind grants for nonprofit promotional items every business day of the year.
“It’s inspirational to see the incredible work these organizations are doing to help others and make the world a better place,” said Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint. “And it’s amazing to see all the different ways they effectively use promotional products to further their cause.”
Among the ways promotional products for nonprofits will be used:
- The Lone Star Wheelers are a free community service that provides safe and enjoyable wheelchair bicycle joyrides. Their volunteers will wear Mesh Back Reflective Safety Vests for visibility and safety as they get the elderly, sick and disabled individuals out into the fresh air and sunshine.
- The United Way of Broome County will use a Salad Bowl Set as an incentive for residents to fill out a short health survey. The surveys are designed to assess community needs and drive future programming.
- Hope for the Hungry is using Box Banks to fundraise for local and global feeding programs, with every $1 collected feeding four people.
- The Burlington County Board of Agriculture Women’s Leadership Committee educates the public about agriculture in Burlington County via classroom presentations, scholarships and other methods. Children who visit the county fair’s “Farmer for a Day” tent will receive Animals On The Farm Coloring Books.
4imprint also donated promotional product samples to groups performing charitable work in the United States and Canada—and to troops overseas as well. To see a complete list of the 2019 nonprofit promotional item second-quarter recipients, visit https://onebyone.4imprint.com/recipients/2019.
