4imprint Delivers More Than $130,000 in Promotional Products Through one by one™
(OSHKOSH, Wis.) – Through its one by one™ philanthropic giving program, promotional products retailer 4imprint donated more than $130,000 in-kind to more than 250 nonprofit organizations and charities throughout the United States and Canada in 2010.
4imprint donated $500 worth of promotional items each business day in 2010 to 256 deserving U.S. and Canadian charities to help boost awareness for their organizations, reach customers, promote events, thank key audiences and much more. With more than 1,700 total applications received throughout the year, 4imprint also offered free product samples to 956 of the applicants that did not receive a one by one™ grant that the organizations were able to use in a variety of creative ways.
“These organizations really leverage the promotional items we give them to build something so much more by using them to raise or save money, spread the word about the work they do or thank the people who help make it all happen,” explains Kevin Lyons-Tarr, 4imprint president. “We’re honored to have played a small part of the important work these folks are doing every day.”
4imprint also reached out to local communities in other ways over the past year, awarding dozens of additional in-kind donations and making donations to troops overseas.
4imprint is currently accepting applications for its 2011 one by one™ program online at https://onebyone.4imprint.com. Any 501(c) 3 organization, registered Canadian charity, school or religious organization is encouraged to apply. Interested organizations are asked that applications be submitted a minimum of two (2) months before items will be needed for use. This allows time for applications to be processed and products to be delivered in time for scheduled events.
