Earlier this year, I traveled to one of the makers of our promotional stainless steel water bottles, where I had the chance to see the manufacturing process up close.

From start to finish, it was fascinating to see the step-by-step transformation from a stainless steel sheet to a finished promotional metal drink bottle. Here’s how it’s done:

Step 1: Start with stainless steel sheets

Every stainless steel bottle begins its life on one of these rolls of stainless steel.

Step 2: Sheets become stainless steel tubes

Then, each flat sheet is formed into a stainless steel tube.

Step 3: Stainless tubes are cut to size

Each tube is then cut to the needed size.

Step 4: Promotional stainless steel water bottle shaping begins

The cut tubes are then shaped—and the familiar bend of the water bottle neck begins to take form. When shaping is complete, each stainless steel bottle is then polished and painted to add color.

Step 5: The details that make them desirable

Some promotional stainless steel water bottle designs have additional features to add a soft touch or unique look (like the rubberized finish on the Quest Halcyon Stainless Bottle pictured here) are added.

Step 6: Your promotional stainless steel water bottles are ready

Finally, the finished product—promotional metal drink bottles ready to imprint with your logo!

Stainless steel bottles are a popular choice for gifts and giveaways—and now that you know a little more about how they’re made, they can be a great talking point too.

Hand out as a trade show game prize or raffle off to guests at your next event. If you need a gift for clients or your team members, promotional stainless steel water bottles are an excellent choice.

The wide variety of shapes and sizes makes finding their next favorite bottle easy. And with an array of available color options, you’re sure to come across a promotional stainless steel water bottle that perfectly complements your brand.
