This is a busy travel month.  First, Germany, for the European promotional products show.  Then, Las Vegas, for the US promotional products show.

It’s very interesting to see the differences between the two shows, product-wise and style-wise.  Booths at the European show tend to be 10 times the size of those at the US show – despite the fact the market is smaller.  To be honest, I’m not sure why there’s such a difference – apart from the differences between the European and US business models.  (One other difference –  while you’d never see beer, wine and spirits on the trade show floor in the US, it’s fairly common at the European show.)   I’ll share travel tales when I return.
