Wellness is an all-encompassing concept. It’s about practicing preventative behaviors and adopting a healthy lifestyle over the long-term. There’s so much more to good health and wellness than choruses of “an apple a day … ” But, as always, less is more. In fact, it all comes down to some pretty simple rules, rules you, as an employer and role model, can help solidify: Sleep well, eat well, stay hydrated and get moving.
