Create customer loyalty.
Erika from Edmonton put the Double Stack Lip Moisturizer with Mints to good use. “We give patients the lip balms at hygiene appointments and we also put them in our Welcome Wagon gift packs.” An anonymous customer used the Epiphany Stylus Pen and other items. In her own words: “We have ordered shirts, hats and pens from 4imprint and are completely satisfied with the work they put into keeping their customers happy!”
Kevin from Holland Centre explains how they got their message out with stickers, tattoos and other items. “The items we have been purchasing are being used to get our name into the community and create awareness around the homeless and those at risk of being homeless. In the last six months we have been getting noticed more and more from the products we have purchased from your company and have been received feedback from the community. He explained further that they gave out tattoos to kids. “The tattoos were given out at a local event we participate in called Hottest Yard Sale Under the Sun in Owen Sound, ON. Tattoos were a favourite with kids, and adults received a pen and sticker from 4imprint.ca.”

Build brand recognition. Chantel from Winnipeg came up with an ingenious way to spread their word about their services. “We are a non-for-profit student union. Our business is to support our members in a cost effective manner. But sometimes our impact isn’t as great due to our members not hearing about us. It is a real push to spread this word at the beginning of the fall semester. We like to cater special consideration to special programs and items that can benefit students.”

Sandra from Sussex used a few items as a welcome gift and table throws for conferences. “FACE AS is a non-profit organization. We support opportunities for all children to achieve optimal health and wellness in the many environments where children live, grow, and learn by providing FACE services. Some of the services we provide include: In-Home Visitations; Screening and Assessments; Group Based Parent Support; Transition to School Activities; and Developmental Child Care Supports. We use your products in the welcome packages that are given to families when they enter the program.”

Marlene from Morden bought blankets as a fundraiser. “We are a outdoor drive-in theatre and thought the blankets would be a nice item for our customers (hot day/cooler night…)—put proceeds toward digital conversion.” Another customer used this blanket for volunteer gifts. Linda from Saskatoon explained how she got her company’s name out. “We used the drawstring bags as a way for people to visually spread the name of our ‘Pets in the Park’ fundraiser, as well as a way for sponsors to connect with the participants.”

Linda from Coalhurst got some items quickly from the 24-hour store for a fundraiser. She wrote, “I had forgotten to order hats for my fundraiser and 4imprint came through for me by getting them here before the event, and the extra pens and bottles I bought to give away were a hit.”

Connect with giveaways for employees and volunteers. One anonymous customer ordered a variety of items to thank employees. “At a company social event we gave out appreciation bags full of products we received from 4imprint. Lucy from Winnipeg gave appreciation gifts to speakers. “Gift packages are made for speakers and a lot of the items are distributed at our MIAW workshops and lunch and learns.”An anonymous customer gave out some fun items for their event. “Family day fun event at our factory.”

Shaun from Winnipeg gave volunteers a nice item. “The bags are part of our volunteer uniform. Our volunteers work in the zoo and park and need to carry maps and information brochures with them. They fit perfectly in the bags. We do not have lockers here in the zoo for the volunteers. As a result, the volunteers have to carry their car keys, cell phones and other personal items with them while on duty. They find these bags hold all of their items safely. They can also fit a small water bottle in the back pocket. Their two way radios clip onto the strap. The staff are very pleased with how professional all the volunteers look wearing the bags. It enhances the image of the zoo volunteers while making them feel more relaxed and comfortable on the job. Their personal items are safe and they have ready access to all of their visitor materials.”

Valery from Plantagenet ordered chocolate to enhance training experiences: “After a training, people fill in their training evaluation and receive a chocolate star when they hand in their evals. The drama when we ran out of chocolates! We realized just how attached to that ritual/treat they were!” An anonymous customer commemorated a special employee—here is what they did. “47-year manager retirement party. Purchased 100 small flashlights and wrapped them inside a thank-you letter provided by the retiring manager. Great gift for him and his family, as well as all employees who have worked for him for years.”

An anonymous customer ordered the Therm-O-Snack Insulated Bag. “We are trying to make our school more ‘green’ so we bought the thermal lunch bags for the staff. Everyone is very happy with it because it is large enough for their large salad bowls and has a place on the side for the beverages.
